And the mind control begins
So, we all know cats are out to rule the world. And take down humans as the dominant species. But a new study really freaks me out.
Basically, cats are manipulating us by appealing to a “sensitivity that humans and other mammals have to cues relevant in the context of nurturing their offspring.” They use a meow during purring instead of blatant meowing to get us to do stuff. And we do it.
Now, my cats haven’t figured this one out yet, but I wonder what other responses they elicit out of me without my knowing? Maybe even while I’m sleeping?
Ahhh, the possibility that my cats are controlling me is too scary to consider!
Anyway, click on the link at the top to read the whole report. And be afraid, be very afraid.
