		<description>You could probably use lemon or lime instead of vinegar. Once, years ago, I forgot the vinegar. It really made a difference. I&#039;ve not forgotten it since. I have a recipe from a friend which has a little o.j. in it, and is very good. I need to make it again and see what I think of it now.</description>

Since today isn&#039;t so warm, I&#039;ll save this one for a night similar to Saturday, when it&#039;s almost too hot to move! I love tzaziki sauce, which has a lot of similar ingredients. I wonder how this would taste with a squeeze of lemon on top?</description>
