I'm very excited to be the new Web editor! Second, the ceviche was AWESOME! I really enjoyed all of the fresh food at the celebration. I also was pleased with the margaritas. I made some recently with triple sec and Rose's sweetened lime juice, and they're just not as good as the real thing.
