I "created" these while you were probably in diapers, although I am sure othere before me have created them also. I use fresh parsley and lemon zest, and adjust liquids to suit the moisture content of the zucchini and onion, which I sort of pat dry. I don't dare make them often, as the best way to eat them is drenched in melted butter. Oh, I am drooling!
