I use fresh parsley and lemon zest, and adjust liquids to suit the moisture content of the zucchini and onion, which I sort of pat dry. I don&#039;t dare make them often, as the best way to eat them is drenched in melted butter. Oh, I am drooling! Alex likes to stir fry zucchini rounds with onion and red bell peppdr on the grill, in a grill pan with holes in it.</description>
